About ALCHEMY & APOTHECARY
A Bespoke Bartending Experience
Based in Stamford & Cornwall, Alchemy & Apothecary aims to deliver a premium service through a bespoke offering created in collaboration with our clients.
Owner and master mixologist, Curt, endeavours to explore the world of healthy cocktails through the use of plants, fruit, vegetables and alcohol. He does this by blending modern and medieval technology and practices to explore their benefits in his experiments.
As part of our mission to maintain a low carbon footprint, we are passionate about maintaining a sustainable cocktail business. This is why we prefer to create seasonal cocktails and support local communities and businesses with their produce.
More than simply a mobile bar service offering drinks; our sensational beverages are tailored to entice all the senses. Our expertly crafted cocktails are beautifully blended, invigorating, sophisticated, and perfectly styled.
Alchemy
An alchemist is a person whose aims are to discover universal cures for diseases as well as the means to indefinitely prolonging life.
Apothecary
An apothecary is a person who is licensed to sell or prepare said medicines.

Let’s Raise The Bar
Because our services are customisable, you can simply hand-select your
choice of beverages, or raw ingredients, and leave the rest to us.
Weddings
We will cater a bar for your dream wedding, including staffing it, and manning it. We can supply cocktails, as well as beer, wine, spirits, and more. We will also arrange a private meet and greet with you to discuss a bespoke bar experience for your guests.
Garden Parties & Hen Parties
We will happily cater for your hen’s party to make it a memorable, one-of-a-kind celebration. We also cater for garden parties, including summer BBQ’s, birthday parties, personal events, and more.
Cocktail Masterclass
Be enchanted by an alchemical masterclass where you can learn to craft your own premium cocktails in the comfort of your own home. Choose from three unique experiences.
Corporate Events
Alchemy & Apothecary has the know-how and experience to cater the drinks for your next team building, team event, or staff party.
Cocktail Menus
In collaboration with you, we will craft a bespoke cocktail menu to suit your taste, or what would pair well with the food served. This service is available for private functions, public events, bars, and restaurants.
Private Freelance Bartending
If a restaurant, bar, or company is in need of an experienced agency bartender, we are able to assist.

How does delivery work?
Our takeaway cocktails are available for local delivery to neighbouring villages or posted across the UK via Royal Mail. Please allow up to 3 business days for cocktails to arrive. Postage will be charged according to the amount of cocktails chosen and the date and time an order is placed.

Curtis already had a booking on the day…
Curtis already had a booking on the day I requested so couldn’t make it in person, but delivered some pre mixed cocktails, along with garnishes and instructions. He also lent me the cocktail shakers. They were delicious and went down a treat. Would highly recommend!
21st birthday cocktails …
Curtis and his team provided cocktails for us at my daughters 21st…they were brilliant and such a hit at the party. The service was excellent and the drinks delicious and really well presented everyone loved them – will definitely book them again!
Cocktails by Alchemy & Apothecary
Curtis of A & A met with us prior to our event, he gave suggestions, taking into account of what we were looking for; suggestions of cocktails, how to set up and allowed us time to consider what cocktails/mocktails we wanted and time to change our minds. Nothing appeared too difficult or complicated for him. On the evening of the party, he arrived in plenty of time to set up and throughout the evening he was not only serving the cocktails, but also wine and beer that we/guests had provided. Curtis blended in with the guests, being approachable and friendly. At the end of the evening Curtis ensured that he had cleared up and left the area tidy. Would definitely recommend and use Curtis again.
